Evolution is TD SYNNEX’s exclusive service for Latin America and the Caribbean, created in partnership with Cisco in 2023. It is the evolution of our EZ CX/EA Program (2020)—now stronger and better prepared to help our partners transform their business into the digital age.

The program offers both CX-as-a-Service and EA-as-a-Service to help Tier 2 partners drive Customer Success, Customer Experience, achieve their clients’ business goals and transact using the Enterprise Agreement consumption model—on behalf of partners who do not yet meet the required business or technical certifications to do so on their own.
Evolution covers Customer Experience, Enterprise Agreement, recurring revenue, software management and lifecycle administration.

Enterprise Agreements-as-a-Service (EA)
TD SYNNEX holds DISTI ENABLED EA DESIGNATION certification for Latin America and the Caribbean.
It is part of the Evolution program within TD SYNNEX, where this certification allows us to conduct transactions on behalf of our sponsored partners.
TD SYNNEX helps Tier 2 partners quote Enterprise Agreements easily and efficiently when they do not have advanced certification in their respective architecture.
Benefits:
The partner can enroll in the Cisco Evolution program “once” and be eligible to participate in and be eligible for all architectures.
TD SYNNEX offers Customer Experience (CX) within the Evolution program to help partners drive adoption and lifecycle services to their customers for EA sold.
