• 46.89-3-99 – Specialized wholesale trade in other unspecified intermediary products.
• 46.51-6-01 – Wholesale trade of information technology equipment.
• 46.51-6-02 – Wholesale trade of information technology supplies.
• 46.52-4 – Wholesale trade of electronic components and telecommunications equipment.
• 46.51-6 – Wholesale trade of computers, peripherals, and information technology supplies.
• 46.52-4 – Wholesale trade of electronic components and telecommunications equipment.
• 47.51-2 – Specialized retail trade of information technology equipment and supplies.
• 47.52-1 – Specialized retail trade of telecommunications equipment.
• 47.53-9 – Specialized retail trade of domestic electronic appliances and audio and video equipment.
• 47.57-1 – Specialized retail trade of parts and accessories for household appliances, except information technology and communication.

1.3 For commissioned resale, check requirement #3.

2.1 Have an active Municipal Registration/CCM (Municipal Taxpayer Registry).

2.2 The National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE) must be enabled in the CNPJ (Federal Revenue) and on the CCM.

2.2.1 Examples of valid CNAEs for TD SYNNEX business activities:

• 62.03-1-00 – Development and licensing of non-customizable computer programs.
• 62.04-0-00 – Consulting in information technology.
• 62.09-1-00 – Technical support, maintenance, and other information technology services.
• 85.99-6-03 – Information technology training.

1.3 For commissioned resale, check requirement #3.

3.1 Have an active Municipal Registration/CCM (Municipal Taxpayer Registry).

3.2 The CNAE (National Classification of Economic Activities) must be enabled in the CNPJ (Federal Revenue) and in the service code of the CCM.

3.2.1 Examples of valid CNAEs for TD SYNNEX business activities:

• 74.90-1-04 – Activities of intermediation and brokerage of services and general business, except real estate.
• 46.19-2-00 – Commercial representatives and agents of general merchandise trade, non-specialized.
• 46.14-1-00 – Commercial representatives and agents of trade in machinery, equipment, ships, and aircraft.
• 46.18-4-99 – Other commercial representatives and agents specialized in trade of products not previously specified.
• 73.19-0-02 – Sales promotion (opting for SIMPLES National).

3.2.2 For the CNAEs of requirement #3.2.1, the CCM must be enabled for one of the service codes below:

• 10.02 – Agency, brokerage, or intermediation of titles in general, securities, and contracts.
• 10.05 – Agency, brokerage, or intermediation of movable or immovable goods, not included in other items or subitems, including those carried out within the scope of commodities and futures exchanges, by any means.
• 10.09 – Representation of any nature, including commercial.
• 17.06 – Advertising and publicity (only for SIMPLES National optants).

3.3 Requirements #1.2 and #2.2 must be met, according to the resale business: products and/or services.
