  • 4651-6/02 Wholesale of computer supplies
• 4652-4 Wholesale of electronic components and telephone and communication equipment
• 4673-7 Wholesale of electrical equipment
• 4693-1 Wholesale of general merchandise, not predominantly food or agricultural inputs
• 4713-0 Retail trade of general merchandise, not predominantly food products
  • 4713-0/02 Variety stores, except department stores or magazines 
  • 4713-0/04 Department stores or magazines, except duty-free shops
  • 4713-0/05 Duty-free shops at airports, ports, and land borders
• 4751-2 Specialized retail trade of computer equipment and supplies
• 4752-1 Specialized retail trade of telephone and communication equipment
• 4753-9 Specialized retail trade of home appliances and audio and video equipment

• 62.03-1-00 – Development and licensing of non-customizable computer programs.
• 62.04-0-00 – Information technology consulting.
• 62.09-1-00 – Technical support, maintenance, and other information technology services.
• 85.99-6-03 – Computer training.

2.3 For paid resale, check requirement #3.

3.1 Have an active Municipal Registration/CCM (Real Estate Taxpayer Registry).

3.2 The CNAE (National Register of Companies) must be enabled in the CNPJ (Federal Revenue Service) and in the CCM service code.

3.2.1 Examples of valid CNAEs for TD SYNNEX’s business activities.

• 62.04-0-00 – Information technology consulting.

• 62.09-1-00 – Technical support, maintenance, and other information technology services.

3.2.2 For the CNAEs in requirement #3.2.1, the CCM must be enabled for one of the service codes below:

• 1.06 – IT advisory and consulting.

• 1.07 – IT technical support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer programs and databases.

3.3 Requirements #1.2 and #2.2 must be met, according to the resale business: products and/or services.
